For some it's joyous, festive, warm and fuzzy time of year, with friends, family, and loved ones that have become family. For some, it can be a challenging time of year, either because of family dynamics, or missing departed loved ones. And for some, it’s a feeling of sadness or loneliness, amidst all the decorations and cheery holiday music.
Know that there is comfort, love and support available in the form of your spirit guides and angels, in rituals and prayer, and also through other people. I encourage you to reach out for the extra support when and where you need it during this holiday season, and also to be more tender, gentle and compassionate with yourself over the next four weeks.
The energies are intense, powerful, and moving quickly. Feelings and emotions can be all over the place. It's important to remember to embrace ourselves with loving kindness, as well as those around us. We all deserve, want and need love…especially at this time of the year.
Take time out to nurture yourself during this hectic and fast-paced season. Even a cup of tea, a five-minute breathing meditation, a salt and essential oil bath, or taking time out to read pages of an inspirational book can raise your vibration, shift your mood and your day. And, in those brief moments to yourself, start visioning what you would like to joyfully manifest in 2015.
We are being encouraged to continue to release what no longer works for us (thoughts, habits, behaviors, actions, relationships, and so on), raise our vibrations, and step joyfully into the unknown. 2015 will be the year to fully awaken, emerge, and embrace all you were born to be as you connect with your Divine self. (More on this in a special 2015 Energies article later this month.)
Sending you angels of peace, love, joy, abundance, prosperity and hope, this month, this holiday season, and into the year ahead.
